Sean Finn's bootleg remix of
My Sharona by The Knack titled

Ableton Live 8/Soundcloud
If you're an Ableton Live 8 license holder, you can get a Soundcloud Pro account free for 5 months by clicking here:
Ableton/Soundcloud. The latest Ableton Live 8.3 update allows you to upload your tracks directly from the Export Audio/Video window by turning on the "Upload to Soundcloud" radio button. If you haven't tried Ableton you can download the trial version and run it free for 30 days. If you're a Serato user then you really have to try The Bridge which incorporates the Ableton Live interface right inside Serato. You can link Ableton to the track you are playing or even load your Ableton set onto one of the decks and beat-match it yourself. It makes mash-ups a breeze, add instruments, or add one of Ableton's many incredible effects.Ableton is an essential tool in my DJ kit, whether it's for effects processing within Serato, sending midi notes to control my lighting or video programs, or remixing audio or video. Do it.
Mix of the Week
DJ Myagi/Soleclaw has released his second artist album:
Ape and Essence. "Drawing its title from the novel of the same name by Aldous Huxley,
the album is a statement of reinvigoration and evolution, a return to
the roots of Myagi’s experience with music after 10 years of releases
and 6 years of worldwide gigging and traveling.
With one foot placed in rock and funk and the other in acid house and
dance music culture, it has already been described as his best work to
date, with its lead single “Chaos // Quokka” garnering a whopping 9.5/10
